Brewery Timeline
A few intersting things about my brewing history:
Venice
- Started home brewing in 2001
- Only Extract brews
- First year brewed on stove in 4 gallon pot
- By 2003, upgraded to converted keg and outdoor burner. Brewed in car port
SF/Los Altos
- Moved to SF in 2005
- No room to use keg and burner at rented flat,so brewed at in-laws down in Los Altos
- In 2007, bought mash tun and began all grain brewing
